How to download MP3 from SoundCloud

SoundCloud is one of the best platforms for sharing and distributing digital music and sounds, dedicated to both professionals and average music lovers. Users can record, download and upload songs, as well as share recordings with other users.

But often the owner of a track prohibits downloading it, so you can't always download what you want. Unless you have our SoundCloud Downloader! It allows you to download and save to MP3 any composition you like.

This guide was written using the Mac version of the program, but the steps are the same for Windows and Linux.

  1. Find the music you love

    Open the SoundCloud track you want to download in your browser and copy the link to the clipboard.

    Select and copy the link to the SoundCloud track you like

  2. Paste the link

    Download and run our program if you have not already done so, and click the Paste link button on the toolbar. The program will download the necessary information about the track from SoundCloud servers and show it in the list of downloads.

  3. Start the download

    Now click the Start button and the program will start downloading the selected track. If the list contains multiple tracks, you can click the Start All button instead.

  4. Done!

    Wait a bit and enjoy your freshly downloaded music from Soundcloud. Downloaded files are available directly in the program - just click the Locate button next to the selected track.
